Getting your vehicle repaired at my Big O is like getting it repaired by family. Everyone is very friendly and they know what they are doing.

I showed up early, and was courteously served as soon as the store opened. My leaky tire was diagnosed, fixed, and has not leaked since. The counter person and the two technicians all did their thing in friendly and professional fashion. I passed on the coffee, but it was there and offered free-heartedly. I had a problem with my credit. I was slow to pay my bill. But I did pay the bill completely off. So I couldn't access any credit. The associates found me credit through Snap. I appreciate their help. Even though it's a major bill. I will be able to have transportation. I believe it was Joe who got me a ride home, because I had my totally disabled husband at home alone. I really appreciated that.

Real good customer service.

One of the reasons we are a loyal customer of Big O is because we never feel that they upcharge or fo unneccessary work. The reason we took our car in is because the dealership said we needed new brakes, but the folks at Big O told us we actually have another 20,000 miles before we need to begin to get new breaks.

I arrived on Saturday morning around 9:30 am and the store parking lot was almost completely full of customers. I had several items that needed to be serviced and they were able to work me in between all the other appointments. The technician was very knowledgeable of my issues and explained in detail what needed to be done. I was very pleased with the attention I received and their ability to get my vehicle serviced within a couple of hours. Great Team!
