Big O Tires

I have taken my company truck here for about two yrs., the people at the counter know I need to get in & out as quickly as possible & they do their best to see that it happens even working with the techs. in the shop. I always try to set an appointment but sometimes things happen & I can't but they still do what they can for me.

Joe and Staff were great and easy to deal with. My purchase was fast and I am very happy with my new tires.

Try to other places they got me in that day and out in and out in about half hour to 35 minutes

The time spent here was a welcoming experience, they took great care of me, greeted me upon entry, attended to my needs of replacing a tire that I brought in on a rim quick expediently. They told me the details of the tire being shipped from another store in Shelbyville, the time that it would arrive and they called me shortly after the expected arrival time to inform me the tire was ready for pick and when I arrived they carried the tire out to my vehicle and loaded it as well. Great job, TEAM O!!

I previously submitted a review. This was my first time at this location. I could not be more pleased with how I was treated and the service I got. We have been to other big O locations and I've always liked the service, but bar none, this was our very best experience. Can't say enough about how I was treated. Honest, helpful, fast. Thank you to everyone there.
