Big O Tires

The employees are so courteous. I had an emergency on a Fri close to closing time like 5 mins they were kind made repair. Even in winter they put air in tires. They are the BEST!

I arrived at your store on Friday 04/24/2020 five minutes before they closed with a flat tire.They said sorry but the compressor was already turned off.They said they could keep my tire and repair it first thing in the morning, I said I have to be at work at 8:30 in the morning. They told me no problem we open at 8:00. When I got there at 8:00 the employee already had the tire repaired, he put it on my car right away. I work for the Post Office, they said thanks for your essential service. GREAT SERVICE!!! Thanks. You have a great team their Brent.

I went in for an oil change and was in and out in no time. Staff very friendly and received a great price on service! Will definitely be returning for all my car needs!!

FRIKKIN awesome experience. Doug, Joe, and Lindsie were all top notch and helpful (very friendly too). Got me out the door by 8:30 AM ( rotate and balance, and oil change, and brake check!!!!) so I could make my appointment in Indy. Thanks a million guys!!!!!!!!!
