This store is not only a great location for me but their service is always great.

I think when the staff checks you in and ask for a contact number, they should ask if you have another number on file if the number doesn't show up. My contact number on file was my home number because AAA delivered the car and when they called me on my cell phone, they tried to tell me I didn't buy my tires there because they had no record and ask if I had the receipt which I did. I personally asked them to put all my numbers under one contact. If I bring my car in and I'm going to wait, my contact number is my cell phone. If I'm coming back home to wait, my contact number is going to be my home number because I don't keep my cell phone attached to me and I can hear my landline throughout my house.

I asked the lady to add a tire rotation but I didn't get it

Big O Tires has done it AGAIN!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! Once again, we were able to finance repairs! We got our car back on Saturday and then on Sunday we were able to drive 500 miles with ZERO PROBLEMS! TO GOD BE THE GLORY for using the Big O Tires team to Bless us!!! Thanks y'all!
