No one likes to deal with repairs, replacements, new purchases. We all have something better to do with our money and time. But I genuinely don't mind having to go in when I do to Big-O tires. For one, I've been dealing with this particular shop for decades. They are quick, fair, and always forthcoming. The best service, and they live up to their guarantees (unlike so many other companies). They work with you for your sake as hard as they have to to make your driving experience as safe and reliable as possible. I don't like having to spend time fixing, repairing, replacing anything. I wish all my household service needs could be satisfied as easily as they are at Big-O Tires.

This was a very exceptional experience, I was in and out of there within 1 hour for my oil change and tire rotation. I was sooo excited!!!!

I have a new car and got a flat tire by running over a screw. Mike saw to it that my tire was fixed promptly and correctly. And, proving that loyalty goes both ways, the work was done at no charge. I can't see why I would ever buy tires anywhere else...
