Very friendly staff, and I was in and out within an hour.

Last week. I had a do medical a appoint and when I returned to my car,I noticed I had a flat tire.After changing the tire, I took it to Big O Tire Co. and they fixed it. This car was recently purchased and didn't have Big Otires on it.When I tried to pay for the service they told me no charge.

Friendly staff. After looking at your car, and before repairs were performed, they would let you know what was needed and what it would cost. They would keep you updated on repair activity.

I had 4 brand new tires put on my wife's car after Christmas and as she was getting on the expressway her tire air light came on. She went to Big O to get air put in, they found a nail, fixed it within 15 minutes and she was back on the road. That was fast service. Thank You
