Big O Tires

I took our car for a tire rotation, per our agreement on the purchase of the tires. Normally my husband takes care of car matters. I really dread taking the car in myself. However, when I arrived, they pulled up our account on the computer, took my keys and directed me to where I could comfortably wait. I could see when they pulled my car in and when they rotated the tires. The wait wasn't long. They pulled my car right by the door, gave me my keys and thanked me for my business. As a woman I really appreciate being handled as a customer and not just a lady who knows very little about what they were doing.

Service was prompt. I was greeted with warmth and courtesy.
