Great Job!!

The way the explained the services that was needed and there was a couple of extra parts that were in need of replacement.I really liked the way that they didn't pressure you in any way to purchuse any other product or service and it just was a painless and easy visit and I will highly recommend That location services to my family and friend with out a doubt a class act shop witch is hard to find these days

Friendly staff. After looking at your car, and before repairs were performed, they would let you know what was needed and what it would cost. They would keep you updated on repair activity.

I stopped in because I thought my back passenger tire had a leak. The employee behind the desk was quick to ease my concerns and took my car in right away. There was a hole in the tire that was quickly repaired and the cost was extremely affordable. Great experience overall!

Always good service for over 20 years to my family

I came initially just to put some air in my tires in one car, while I was dealing with a dead battery in another (bad car day). They helped me promptly and cheerfully with that - free service. Who doesn’t love that? But then they went above and beyond to help me with my battery problem with my other car - actually helping me to jump it to be able to bring it into the Big O store. I was blown away by that kind of willingness to help a customer!

The service was very good. The problem with the accelerator was solved quickly, and the thermostat just needed some water added.

I had 4 brand new tires put on my wife's car after Christmas and as she was getting on the expressway her tire air light came on. She went to Big O to get air put in, they found a nail, fixed it within 15 minutes and she was back on the road. That was fast service. Thank You
