The customer service there is impeccable. I would not recommend anyone to anywhere else but big o tires because of the customer service. I called multiple auto mechanics to try to get my vehicle fixed and they were all very rude to me over the phone except for big o tires so that's why I decided to come there to get my vehicle fixed. I will definitely come back in the future for any further maintenance on my vehicle.

The stafff are so friendly and so helpful when it comes to taking care of my car. I trust them to always do what is right. They are quick so I never have to wait along time and I appreciate that. I just wish that they could wash my car also :)

In the past i have had occasion to have to get a tire replaced (still under warranty) because of an accident and Big-O did so no questions asked. I try to stay with Big-O as often as possible...even if it's not "my" Big-O!!

Fast, fair, friendly, professional, and efficient service. Unlike many tire stores that are popping up everywhere, the Big O staff at Cane Run location have tons of knowledge and experience in the car and tire business. They were great at helping me find the right tire on my most recent visit.

Thanks to Jeff - brought car in for oil change, 5000 mile check up and leak somewhere (pink and thin liquid). Oil change and check done but couldn't find leak. Jeff took car back and looked again, found crack in coolant and fixed. Thanks for the team and patiences listening to a woman's description of the problem. Then finding and fixing.
