Big O Tires

Good job

My problem was identified immediately.

I needed a new set of tires and they gave me a couple of options, but as usual I went with the Big O brand tire because of their warranty and road hazard.

Excellent service

Everyone is friendly and helpful. The guys are knowledgeable, and let me know if anything is going on with my SUV. I have been coming to the Big O on Cane Run Road for years, and will continue to use their services for years to come.

Great service, reasonable prices

i have been coming to this particular Big O Tires for some time. I have never had a bad experience. Staff is always friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable, i recently had knee replacement surgery. When my car was ready, the manager, Tyson, asked that my car be brought close to the building, escorted me to my car, then held the door open as i got in. I really appreciate this kind of personal service.

Love Big O! I've never been to a Big O store that didn't have excellent service and competitive prices. Definitely my go-to for oil change, tires, and the like.

I never have bad service there.

I arrived at Big O Tires about 10 minutes before they opened the doors. It was a rainy and chilly day. There were a few people waiting outside when I got there. Then more and more people showed up, I thought to myself I will be at Big O Tires all day long. But to my surprise people got waited on very quickly and served very quickly. Before I knew it my car was driven in to be serviced. The atmosphere was sooooo friendly and awesome with customers and staff. Should my experience always be as it was that day friendly and awesome. I was impressed.

I was not aware I should be using synthetic oil and panicked because of the cost. But the final bill was not exorbitant.

The folks at this location are so professional, yet a lot of fun. they are very knowledgeable andwork very hard, but they also like to have fun with thecustomers.

I've grown to trust the team at this Big O and know when they suggest additional services I might need, it's because I truly need them.
