The workers are always so nice even when they have rude customers like they did that day I was there. Very friendly. The best Big O Tires I've been to.

I have confidence in Big O however my problem was not solved. I had a flat tire fixed. 4 days later it went flat again.

Joe was kind, helpful, and worked in my best interest!

Service was great, on 11-19-19, until I learned the lock key for rims was missing after service to a drive rear tire, that had a screw tire. after waiting 20 minutes For shop crew look for key, I left shop.Call back the nest Wednesday 11-20-19, visit the shop, know lock key was found, so lock on rims was removed and new set of rim lock will order, and I would be called when lock system come in for the vehicle.

I love this place. The employers are friendly and eager to help. I trust them with my vehicle and pray that they never deceive me or cheat me
