Big O Tires

Went in for rotation and balance.front end now has wobble from 30 to 40 mph.

Treated like they wanted my business. Very helpful and informational.

I went to Big O to have tires rotated and use a $25 Gift Card for an oil change. Apparently, the $25 gift card is merely a coupon for a $34.95 oil change. That was my misunderstanding; not a big deal, and I paid it. However, when I questioned the additional money, the girl at the counter used a snotty attitude with me. Not only was her attitude off-putting, but her manners were also atrocious! It's disgusting that she chews gum like a cow chews cud -- especially serving customers at the front counter! I guess the managers/counter help guy noticed this, shooed her away, and explained the discrepancy. Again, it was my error for not reading the fine print, but her snotty behavior and rude manners cause me to question whether or not I'll go back there.

My last repair I had done on Monday September 16th I was very satisfied. The repairs I had done before that one was not good. I had some brake work done on my daughter car and I was not pleased. They only done her back brakes and some other repairs she needed. I asked a couple times if she needed the front brakes done and they said no but, the front brakes need to be replaced. Thanks

LET ME OPEN WITH I HAVE BEEN A CUTOMER FOR OVER 20 YEARS However this visit had some issues /delays I have never expereinced before. I was first to arrive at the store 7:20 for a oil change and tire rotation. for some unexplained reason they way I was placed in line for these service I was there for almost 4 hours WOW just a bit over the top Also I was very unhappy about the addition of the Turtle Aquarium it was awful to see so many turtles in what appeared to be an enviroment where they were struggling just to have room the breathe it was awful and I hope not to see it ever again. Too many trutles in one small space it just was morally wrong to me. If it is there again I probaly will not come back to this location.

Customer Service has been great with all employees rendering services for our vehicles. We don't need to drive across town to find good service, we have it in our neighborhood.

Mileage on my car was written as 57,000+, when my car actually has 119,300 miles on it. This could cause me a problem with proper diagnosis of issues later. Glad that I noticed.

Walked in with a flat tire in hand needing fixed on the spot which was done in a very reasonable amount of time. Bought 3 additional tires to be put on later which was done today, again in a very reasonable time. Service was excellent and staff was the same. Though a little out of my way, I will definitely be back to this store for service.

They did a great job of dealing with my "emergency" of nail in a tire and had me back on the road in less than 1 hour!! Can't ask for better than that - everyone was friendly and the place was clean and well run. Keep up the good work.
