Big O Tires

I guess it was because it was late in the day, and everyone wanted to go home (my tires didn't arrive until a couple minutes to 6:00 PM). But I thought that with brand new tires this would have been the perfect time to check alignment. I am taking it to the dealership this week anyway so Ford will take care of the other items. Your team member gave me his opinion of the difference between the BIG O tire and the Michelin tires that came on the car. Of course you are going to get the quality that you pay for, with the Michelin tire (which was about $250.00 more for the set than the BIG O tire). But to be honest with you, after driving about a hundred miles on your tire, I am very pleased with its quietness. The Michelin tire may be a little better quality, but I think I am going to like your tire better. I am looking forward to some rain to see how much better it will hold the road, as your team member stated. From the tread pattern I feel I will enjoy a much better ride all around thanks to your people. But your people are exactly why I have been dealing with your store since I moved back to Louisville, back in 1980, back when your store was way in Cane Run Rd, a pretty run down area. Overall experience was excellent and store was very clean, however the technician needs to be aware of grease on his uniform or cover the seat with something. He left some grease on the leather seat which came off with a little leather cleaner and rubbing.

My service representative was very attentive! He listen to my concerns and then suggested to me the best route to take for the care of my vehicle. I inquired of my options of payment and he explained the Big O Payment Plan was still available to me. I love the professional service you receive.
