However, I had a tire sensor that came on the night that they put new tires on my van, it was flashing and then went steady on, I had no sensor on when van went it. I stopped to have it ckecked to see as why it was on when I didn"t have a need for air. when ckd they said the battery was dead. However , when I had to take it to Toyota dealer due to the fact that I need to replace wheel lugs, they ask about it being on and i told them that i had just had new tires put on it...they think it may have been damaged at that time due to the fact it wasn't on at the time the tires where put on..It is the one on the back passenger side.(right side) I just don't know.....could it have been damaged at that time?

Several weeks back I had wrote a bad review for service I had received at this store. Tyson called and we discussed the problem. I told him I would give them another chance. Since I had got my taxes back I decided to go ahead and get new tires and Tyson gave me a recommendation and put 4 new tires on. I have drove my truck for over a week and I am very satisfied with the tires and the service I received. Thank you Tyson and the other employees at this Big O store. Stanley Mercer

Every employee was very professional while had my vehicle service. One area that could be fixed is the women bathroom could use fresh paint along with someone dusting of the artificial plants in there. Covered with a thick layer of dust.

The Team at Big O Tires at 4413 Cane Run Road are the best. They are friendly, courteous and very helpful. They do a really good job for you when you take your vehicle to them.

as always my experience was a good one. there is no need for improvement for there is nothing to improve on. service as always was excellent and staff as always not only experienced and knowledgeable but friendly as well. unfortunately there will be a need for me to go back for my car is 20 yrs old but i know the staff will make my visit a good one.

My alignment seems to be great. However they did not center the steering wheel before doing the alignment so now my steering wheel in almost completely sideways and I am 500 miles away. Was traveling thru when I stopped to get the alignment so cant go back to get it adjusted.

Staff are always friendly, informative, and very helpful.
