The wait time is ALWAYS entirely too long. I waited almost 3 hours for just a simple oil change and tire rotation. Not acceptable from a customer prospective

This store is the greatest. They are very kind, honest people who do an excellent job every time.

My washer fluid reservoir was topped off without notifying/asking me. While I appreciate this, the fluid used was not what I would have wanted. I ONLY use fluid containing RainX.

Got back brakes done along with shocks which was a little pricey. They recommended the credit card but I chose the Snap plan which is a RIP off because they charge too many fees!!!

The shop on cain run road in louisville is awesome bunch.
