Came in to get tire check for slow leak. Fixed, but they forgot to air other tires as requested, but informed they do it anyway. I could tell it wasn't done because of tire pressure function in car. Close to them closing and me in hurry to get out

I have been a Big O customer for a long time. The service I received for a bad battery was short of what I expected from Big O. Battery terminals were not cleaned terminal cover broken

The Manager Tyson went above and beyond to fix my tire. I had a nail in my tire and I pulled up in the store lot after business hours. He was leaving the lot and stopped to help me. My car was not driveable and he allowed me to leave my car in the store parking lot overnight. He was even kind enough to give my son and I a ride home. My flat tire was fixed the next morning when the store opened.

After leaving, I noticed I was missing a lug nut from my front left tire. If I was missing it prior to service, nobody mentioned it, therefore, it makes me believe they did not put the last lug nut back on.

When i left my hub cap fell off and was lost also my transmission fluid was over filled and it cause the transmission to act up i now have to get my transmission fluid changed and filter

Great customer service. Had to have a flat repaired and rotate tires. Even though they were very busy they still got my vehicle taken care of ready to go.

This was my second visit . The first time I was told I needed to have all the steering linkage replaced . I was given an estimate for 1250 parts and labor . I bought everything that I was told I needed besides the steering gear nd replaced it myself for 97 dollars . Some of the parts I replaced upon inspection after they were taken off didn't look bad at all . The only parts in my opinion that actually we're bad was the lower b ball joint and pitman arm .Other than trying to get me to let y'all do twelve hundred dollars worth of work to my car . The work I actually brought it in for which was alignment nd tire balancing was done correctly and in a timely fashion

I was very disappointed with the customer service. I was there from 830a to 230 P. I wasn't informed of the process of the repair till I asked at 12 o'clock what was going on. Coffee wasn't refreshed. Finally at about 1p. One of the mechanics informed me that I could have been taken home and picked by the store. That would have been helpful. Because I wouldn't have had to pay someone to stay with my disabled husband. That money could have been used on the bill. My last visit to purchase my tires was so much better. That's why I went back. However I will be thinking hard about returning. Or refering any of my senior friends.

Gave a big expensive list of problems on a car with 90,000 miles. Air pressure sensors do not work after getting tires. Price was more than listed online.

The people working the desk can be ALOT more friendly. I was there from 9:30 to 4:15. Not once did they offer to update me regarding my car status. After asking the guy to check he came back and said one of the things I needed were spark plugs. Which I had done two weeks prior. After I asked the mechanic he told me he didn't check my plugs. I will take my car back because the mechanic was knowledgeable and honest. Hopefully the front desk will take training on customer service before I go back. DONT TELL PEOPLE THEY NEED SOMETHING REPAIRED WHEN THEY DONT.
