Big O Tires

No problem

My experience has not just been one; but several as I have needed the professional services of "Big O Tire" company. Beyond the great service and knowledge that have received on each visit, what I have noticed and is unlike other business that frequent, is that I see something "New" that the ownership has invested in to offer even greater consumer service to their customers. Lastly and most recently, I my self along with my wife highly recommend a very close friend to highly consider "Big O Tire" company for tires for her Mercedes. She did and in her response of the visit; she said the owner, Mr. Brent Blevins was simply "Awesome" in satisfying her needs. With that type of encounter, I will continue to make "Big O Tire" my first recommendation to friends and family and I see no reason to ever shop any where else!

Had a few communication problems between front desk and garage.

they gave me excellent service and I did not have to wait long.

Had to remind tech to do services that were supposed to be done automatically and believe was overcharged for services

When I left they moved my vehicle messed with windows causing it to be stuck up not workung now! Stopped working on my vehicle when I left had my car 11-5pm I can't tell if they fixed it showed me no old parts paid over $600.00. Ugh

the guy that put my repaired tire back in trunk, did not fastened it in and the pin and disattached tire started rattling in my trunk. I had to park and try the best that I could to stop the noise.he just threw the tire in the rack and did not attachthe fastener.I usually never have any complaints,, I have been a customer for more than 20 years.However I am not going to let one bad apple spoil my servicewith you.i'll be back .but now I will have to check before I leave store.

I have been going to Big O Tires for some years now and I mean years never had a problem myself at all the friendliness I have talked to the owner on numerous occasions he was very friendly so it's like a family member when I see him I am greeted by name most of the time so I am well pleased with Big O Tires.

Went in for a high mileage oil change, filter change and tire rotation...it was a very busy day and i had made an appointment (there was an oil change special going on) I understand the busy part, however, i was told when i made the appointment (i was coming on my lunch hour)...that it would be about 45 minutes and the suggested time to come came from the gal at Big O .. i waited patiently for my vehicle, 2 hours...got my paperwork and my bill was 22 something...i said this is not correct...i got the high mileage and the filter it should be more... with no apology the man, same man that took my keys and wrote down my requested services.... told me no you got the regular oil change... and thats all.. i pointed out to him what it was HE that i discussed and he wrote down what i requested and after it was clear that was ALL i was getting and i paid the bill, he said.. im really sorry about this... Nice man, i love the guys that work there ...but now i have to take a Saturday and go to my local Big O in Corydon IN to get the requested service done... OH.. and he assured me that the regular oil would not "hurt" my engine, until i get a chance to get it changed again... really? lol Oh.. i recently purchased 4 new tires for this Jeep at this location, and 2 sets of new tires at the Corydon location.. im not a fly by night customer... the Shively location is 5 minutes from my work ... but i live in Corydon...was just very disappointed with the service...

Good people and excellent service

I don't personally believe it is necessary to roll down my windows to move my car 100 feet to install my tires, but when you do and then find out right after that you just made a mistake because the motor to my drivers side window is out I think it would be a common courtesy to acknowledge it and apologize rather than let me pay and send me on my way to my car like I wouldn't notice that it was stuck down. I can drive into a lane without needing to roll down the drivers window and lean my entire body out to check where I'm going so perhaps you all could teach your tech's the same skill. Furthermore, I do not find looking out the window to see literally every tech smoking around my car (that at this point has its window stuck down) while it's in the service bay to be professional. I do like my tires and appreciated the man at the desk just accepting my purchase without bothering me with sales pitches.

As soon as I stepped into the store I was acknowledge and promptly asked what service could be provided. Within minutes I had been helped and awaiting for the service to be completed.

I was short on time and called. They were right on point with repairing my tire in a timely manner. Great service!!!!!

My experience started out very wrong having to deal with 2 unprofessional workers with nasty attitudes at which time i had really lost confidence in big O but i had an opportunity to speak with Linsey and Tyson who both explain the conditions at hand were wrong and assured me tgat those two workers were not how big O operates
