Big O Tires

I made an appointment and was told that I would be finished within an hour. It was one and a half hours before I left the store. When I checked out I was surprised at what I was charged. The cost of oil changes was posted on the counter instead of the wall. I thought the $14.98 special was still in effect. The female cashier seemed upset because I questioned this. Thanks to the manager who explained where the prices were listed. I have always received excellent service here and been treated with respect and dignity, but I was disappointed with cashier's behavior and attitude.

Ive had previously services where they look for things to get more money. I believe your prices are too high an are fast talkers to get more money from you. Rest assured i wont be back for anything else an will warn everyone of your tactics.

When i came in to the store the guy who wrote my ticket told me a 45 min wait. Turns out it was 1.5 hours. On top of the long wait the guy who wrote my ticket gave me a price on a tire and oil change. Upon inspection of the car he told me there was a liscense plate bulb out i told him i would do that my self. He still put for the mechanic to do the job which cost me 6 dollars plus the bulb that i had already bought. He also wrote my ticket up incorrectly on my tire size so when i came back for my car he told me that the price he gave me was wrong. Because he put the wrong size tire down that it would be an additional 80.00 dollars on top of the price he gave me. And that it would be an additional 45 min to an hour wait. So i had the guys do the oil change. And went and bought a tire at walmart for 90.00 dollars. I understand mistakes are made but there shouldnt have been a mistake when i informed the guy what size tire i had. And on top of the confusion the guy didnt even apologize for the confusion he just turned his back on me and walked off which is very unprofessional! I am a mechanic so i understand mistakes and ive also worked in retail. But whenever i have made a mistake with the customer i have at least appologized and even offered a discount. I would never turn my back on a customer and walk away. The bad part is that the mechanics on duty said that this guy does this all the time. the only good is that the mechanics themselves were knowledgeable and very courteous and they even apologized for the guys behavior and the misunderstanding. They changed my oil and i left. So as far as the service from your mechanics that was excellent. But you sales person really needs to either go through training or find another job that dosent have to deal with being courteous to people and being knowledgable about his job

I will never go anywhere else. I have been taking my 04 Chevy Tahoe to them since I purchased him in April of 2018. I will encourage everyone I know to seek mechanical help at this place!

I always loved the service, but this time I'm not happy due to I need to return for the same issue my tires a still loosing air. I just want them replace

My last 2 experiences haven't been so great. The work was done, but the employees left a valve ten cover off and scratched up one of my rims when replacing a tire. They also left the rim covered in grease.
