Had two tires mounted. Originally was told it was $8 per tire. But was billed $12 per tire plus shop fees. Thought the additional cost was due to requesting new valve stems. But we I got home I realized the valve stems had not be replaced.

I had a great experience as always. My tire size is not one that is sold in stores. Trent helped me get everything set and asked someone to stop by the warehouse to get my tires. As we were waiting we realized that the tires that were going to be put on were not the correct ones. They were so nice and sent someone to the warehouse to switch them out, and got me out quickly after that! Great customer service!

Brought my car in to get inspected. Car was inspected but was told I couldn't get a quote because the mechanic had to leave early. Was told I would get called first thing in the morning and didn't.

After getting new tires had to take back. Issue is still there plus my car shakes. Taking it back again. My trust in BO is not very good right now.

The place was hopping with business and the employees were friendly. The rest rooms were clean. My wife said the rest rooms were cleaner then a lo restaurants. You guys are great.

Brought $900 worth of tires for my hummer truck, brought protection plan for each tires, brought one tire back because it had split in the middle of the tire, so i used my protection tire plan which they didn't have in stock had to order a new tire. One service writer told me there was a backlog that everyone was buying the particular tire that it will take a week or so, I called back a week later than another service writer told me they don't make that tire no more, that's strange if there's a backlog and everyone's buying them and so they stop making that's crazy, so what lie am I suppose to believe

Was there for 3 hours with NO service performed on my truck. It was in the bay after the first hour and assumed it was worked on while I sat there for 2 more hours only to find out the parts weren't even there yet!!! Terrible communication!! I could have left and came back or even tried another day with the parts there. Very disappointed with the guy I dealt with. He kept making it sound like it was my fault that all this occurred. I know you shop is always busy but some better communication could have went a long way in this situation. I don't know if I'll ever be back with my 3 vehicles!

The young lady that takes all the calls for the store on cane run road was very rude and apparently hates her job and had poor customer service! What a great way to welcome new business... the rest of the front desk team was awesome!!!

Tyson the general manager is a great guy who is fair, runs a fair business and will do everything in his power to fix your vehicle and please you the customer. I've always had great experiences as a customer with him and would highly recommend his location.

I was told that there were problems with my car when there were not. Never received a call back about ordering new parts. Felt like they were taking advantage of me be sure I am a young woman.

I was quoted a price for tires and alignment the day prior to my appointment and everything went exceptionally well. They performed the service and my invoice matched my quote. No surprises. Job well done. Thanks for a great experience.
