Besides all those turtles jammed into a dirty fish tank being a bit disappointing, the store employee didn't ask if I had road hazard warranty on my tires and simply charged me $25 to plug and patch my tire.

I won't be getting anything else done there and the service I did get wasn't worth my time . Thank you for asking me but they won't get a dime from me unless they're going to get better soon. Lord they need some help

Horrible customer service. Purchased a tire. And in the same week a nail got in my tire. Manager said I should have purchased the hazard protection but it was never offered to me. Then the manager tells the sales rep "just take 15 off for her"� so I spent over 300 for the same tire in the same week! Horrible customer service. And I will not be back.

I love Big O's work and will continue to take my car to be serviced by their incredible team at the Cane Run location. My father and I have taken our cars to them for years and have always felt great about the work they do at Big O. The team is honest, easy to talk to, and efficient.

I usually love this store and my experience with it, but not this time. I went in because of a leak in a tire. I was called and told the tire could not be repaired, so I asked them to put the spare on. The next morning the spare was flat. I aired it up and went to another Big O location where I was greeted at my car. I explained the situation and assured they would check everything out. In less than 15 minutes, they had repaired the original tire and put it on the truck, and had discovered the spare had a leak around the bead which they fixed as well. I had been to this Big O location (in Indiana) a few times before and will do fine to do business was with them. A previous visit to the Big O in Kentucky, was also a bad experience. I had a repair bill of over $500.00. The service whitehead failed to give me the $50.00 credit I was due becAuse of the coupon I have him when I came in for the service. We had discussed a tire purchase in the future, so he said just use it when you purchase your new tires. Since then I have had surgery twice and have been unable to afford the tires, so I have a useless $50.00 coupon that I should have been able to use and due to his error, it was not submitted. Very disappointed with this location. See

I came in to get my BigO tires balanced and rotated and the front right tire checked for a leak. After 2hours I was called to the counter and told since my tires needed replacing they couldn't check the alignment. I say I didn't ask for that, they said the check was complimentary. I said I was interested in new tires yet, maybe next month when I got my taxes back. He said they would pull my truck out for me. No rotation, no balancing and no check for a leak. I said thank you. Won't be back to BigO after years of faithful business with them.

I had my air repaired August 3. I paid 450.They said bring it back to make sure it had no leaks. I did they said it was ok.two weeks ago it stopped working. They say said I had a leak under the dash.How can that be.Now you want 650.00 for more repairs.Were they telling the truth then or now?

Took my car in to get a front wheel alignment... Realized that my passenger side wheel was poking out... Took it back to see if they could fix it.... Sad to say they didn't fix the problem or give me my money back... Just some papers and told me it was nothing they could do about it... Never again!!!!!!

Perfect as always. Just need to run back out to the store, we had a coupon for a free oil change (the $36 mailer that you guys sent), I can't see on the invoice where they took that off. Staff is awesome as always. We only let you guys work on our vehicles, we trust you all.

I returned to Big O on multiple occasions and the same problem is occurring from the initial visit. My car received a pressure check to detect leaks but the same leaks are reoccurring almost monthly. I do understand that pressure test can create additional leaks but the tech should know and understand that as well. Each time I go back there's an additional $500 charge for work done but my car is still leaking. Clearly, the techs lack sufficient knowledge and experience needed to fix my vehicle. They should have stated this and I would've move on to another business.

Hi, i was in your location a few weeks ago and was very disappointed in the service I received. My prior experiences have always been good but this time, I believe I had been deceived. I came in due to a noise that sounded as if it was coming from under my drivers side. I described my concern the best way I could. I was quoted a price and came back the next day to have the work done. When I got my car back, I asked the technician if the noise was gone. He said, there was a noise, but it was coming from my strut. That was the obvious noise that brought me to your business. When i received the estimate of $500, I asked if it would take care of the noise and I was told that it would. When I asked Tyson, the store manager, he said the other issues were a safety matter so he addressed those. That he prioritized the problems. I said that I was mainly concerned about the noise that brought me to the shop. I could have taken care of the other issues as I found them to be a problem for me. He then asked what could he do to satisfy me. I said fix the problem, the strut, if that's what's making the noise. If I had known that the noise was coming from "cheap struts" that my husband had put on for "free" I would have walked out of the store and not spent a dime but because I was made to believe that the "obvious" noise that I heard was coming from a wheel bearing and cv axle, I allowed his technicians to do the work. After debating as to how getting the strut replaced for another $189 dollars and he would waive the labor and alignment, I declined spending one more penny. He then offered to split the cost. I countered with the suggestion that for his part of the split cost that I could order a new part myself and he could reimburse me. He then said he would have to call me back in which i waited for almost a week with no call so I decided to initiate the call. He then told me that he had to get with his supplier but had not forgotten about me. I then asked him how long would that be, he then told me to just bring it at 8:00 on Monday. When I brought it in, after waiting and watching for an hour and a half. He told me the car was finished and the only think that it needed was a sway bar link. I watch most of the time and never seen a tire come off, every once and a while one of the techs would look underneath the car but it did not appear that they were doing anything of any significance. When I asked Tyson what happened to replacing the "bad, cheap" strut that was poorly insulated and that he had previously packed with some kind of grease to quit the noise until he could replace it, he said that it was all good now and it was only the sway bar. I also asked about the alignment and he said it didn't need one with a sway bar link replacement. REALLY? Now when it's time for him to spend some money, it's only the sway bar. Had I agreed to purchase a strut, it would have been needful and replaced. The whole fiasco seemed like a charade and I am very disappointed. The only thing I plan to go back to your company for is anything that is still under warranty, any free services or to settle an issue.
