Big O Tires

I took my all wheel drive, not four wheel drive to see what the clicking noise was under my truck. They gave me a ridiculous estimate that includes $1400 worth of work my truck needed which includes cv Joints that my all wheel drive truck does not have.

I was told I needed brake pads and rotors but when I took my car to a different shop not only did they say I didn't need either they showed me my pads were like new .I was a faithful big o customer and was given a book my the management. I am really disappointed and will never again bring my car there and advise everyone I know to stay away from big o on cane run road.

Fast and friendly service

I had an 8 am apt and after waiting for about 30 minutes I was told that they did not have time to look at my car nor did they offer an alternate time to return

The price I was quoted was not the price I payed I believe because I was a woman I got taken. He told me an hour it took longer they got my car in and it set for a while it took maybe 20 minutes for an oil change. They didn't reset my code I had to ask them to do that. After I left it went off. I called to tell them went back the next day for them to reset it again. They did but I went two building down cut my car off returned back to my car and the rest was off. I will not return.

Tyson, Joe , Jeff and Lindsay were all very helpful. I have done business here numerous times and my truck was in bad shape bouncing around and I feared my vehicle could lose control with my family in it. They have it riding like a Cadillac again! Thanks guys I couldn't be more thankful and impressed

I arrived at the store by 7:45am. The store opens at 8am. There were four others waiting for the store to open. At 8am we all got in line two others wanted oil changes and tire rotations, that is what I wanted too. I was told there were two others ahead of me. At 10:05 they were finishing the second oil change and tire rotation. At this time the technician was averaging one oil change and rotation every hour. I told the customer service representative Joe that I had to be done and on my way by 10:30 if it was not able then I would just leave. He assured me that it would be done. He was very apologetic. I understand they were busy, however an average time of one hour per vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation seems excessive. This is made worse when you see vehicles getting four new tire installed on a vehicle and an oil change and they are done and gone before an oil changed rotation is performed. Definitely not the level of service that I have received in the past. I hope that this was an isolated incident. I will be back.

Everything was awesome. I arrived @ 1 on a Saturday because my AC wasn't cooling properly, long story short they flushed & recharged the sytem on my CRV then discovered the relay was going bad & ordered the part for my vehicle. My vehicle wasn't finished until after closing. They never got upset, it was business as usual. I think I was more stressed about them getting out on time than they were. Top notch folks! That's why I keep coming back.
