Service was outstanding, explained to me the best tires for my car, work was done in a timely manner. Will be referring other people to Big O Cane Run Rd.

I was in a hurry due to a appointment I had scheduled with one of my roofing customers. A screw had punched my tire and was losing air quickly. It just so happens that a Big O Tires store was right down the road. I was worried that I was going to be late for my appointment due to have to have my tire repaired. I pulled into Big O Tires and to my surprise they had me on the road in no time. I received the best service in a very timely manner. Needless to say made it to my client with time to spare. They communicate with you about what they are doing before, during and after. Nice and friendly employees. They get straight to the point with what you want when some places will add charges for things you don't need or ask for. BIG O IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!

The communication and customer care is something that I have not seen for recent years, I knew what I was getting ahead of the repairs, I knew the price and the estimated completion time. Other companies no longer engage in these practices. If I wasn’t already satisfied enough they were able to work out a Veteran Discount for me. It may have been on $25 on a $500 service but the fact that they even considered working it out for me is top tier! I will return! Thank you!

I live in the Crescent Hill area of town. My Nephew uses Big O for his work vehicles. When I started going to Big O he had referred me the location on Cane Run. I like the fact that since I am a female they treat me equal and don't try and sell me something that I don't need. Very satisfied with the service. I also like that the employees have been there a long time. It says something about the owner and how he takes care of his employees.
