Have dealt with this Big O location for years. The staff, service & quality is the best in Louisville as far as I’m concerned.

My daughter and I were traveling from a neighboring state when we hit a chuckhole resulting in a flat tire. We called this location for assistance and even though they were closing soon, the manager told us to bring our car in. By the time we arrived, it was closing time but all the employees pitched in to examine my tire. The tire was not repairable, so they quickly offered to either sell me a cheap used one or install my spare. All were very polite and good natured about the situation even though it was time for them to go home on a Saturday afternoon. We were thankful that these wonderful young men were willing to help a couple ladies in trouble. We were on our way within 30 minutes. Thank you very much!

I came back to this location after a tech pulled a nail out of my tire for free (no tire damage). I felt like the service I received was honest. As a woman who doesn’t know anything about cars, the fact that I felt the people working with me were trust worthy was everything. So I came back for the oil change when my normal place couldn’t take me. I’ll keep coming back because of the honesty and fair pricing, with no one trying to find ways to up charge me.

My husband was working at the Firehouse and I go to get into my car and noticed I ran over a huge nail! I drove to my Middletown KY Big O and like always they EXCEEDED my EXPECTATIONS!
