Came here on recommendation of friend. I have had several bad experiences with other service garages, and I feel I have found a decent garage worth the drive to have service. Everyone did a very good job!

I will always take my car to Big O in Middletown. I used to always deal with Mike and he was a great person but when I visited on Friday, I was greeted by a very friendly female employee (sorry I do not know her name) and she was equally as great!

Kris was attentive and acknowledged what my service needs were. The team diagnosed the problem and offer and clear solution and estimate to complete. Parts were ordered and received quickly and the repair was scheduled immediately. Even when the repair progress hit a snag everything was communicated to me and I was kept informed the whole way. Nice job.
