Always taken care of quickly and efficiently. Don't trust my tires with any other stores.

I have always had great service at Big O. They are honest and I greatly value their recommendations.

I bought my tires at another location, one closer to my home. This location is very close to my work. Due to my work schedule I was having a hard time getting into the Big O close to my house. I gave the Shelbyville Rd store a call and they were understanding and they rotated my tires. Thank you so much!! I'll be coming back to this location for my other services.

I made an appointment, but needed to make an adjustment to my request & I was accommodated beyond what I expected. I was offered an earlier drop off since I was traveling out of town.
