Honesty!! Honest guys at the counter. I no longer live close by & tried a different Big O. I came back because I trust your guys at THIS location. Great Staff...Chris and David always shoot me straight, and with 3 kids with 3 older cars they do a nice job recommending what should be fixed now or later.

They were honest. My car was brought in by AAA. The AAA person said that he thought my car needed a starter. They could have sold me a starter and a new battery but they didn't and I would not have known that.
