Big O Tires (Middletown, KY) always does superb work. They are very prompt, and will tell you what your car requires, not what would make a great sale at the customer's unnecessary expense. We have four family members going to them for service - integrity speaks volumes!

They replace the battery still under warranty in my daughter's car at no charge and later serviced my car - oil change, wheel rotation, brake inspection, and replace the old 4 plus year battery. Excellent service.

Although I took the car in for a tire rotation and to have the brakes checked, they also let me know why my tire pressure sensor light was on. It was a super easy fix that not even the dealer who I bought it from could/would tell me what it needed. Now the light is off and I can tell my tires have the proper pressure.

We have used this store for years and the manager David is great to work with. Employees do a great job of taking care of the customers.

They were honest. My car was brought in by AAA. The AAA person said that he thought my car needed a starter. They could have sold me a starter and a new battery but they didn't and I would not have known that.

Always check brake wear and fixed check engine light “no charge .” This is not the first time they have done things like that!
