very good service. Had a unigue problem with a rim that was damaged and chris took care of it and knew just what to do. Thanks again Big O.

They replace the battery still under warranty in my daughter's car at no charge and later serviced my car - oil change, wheel rotation, brake inspection, and replace the old 4 plus year battery. Excellent service.

Although I took the car in for a tire rotation and to have the brakes checked, they also let me know why my tire pressure sensor light was on. It was a super easy fix that not even the dealer who I bought it from could/would tell me what it needed. Now the light is off and I can tell my tires have the proper pressure.

I live in Shelby Co and drive to Big O in Middletown because the service there is so great! I've been taking my car there for 5 years now and have never had a bad experience. I had my car in for an oil change and the staff noticed that I had a lug nut missing. I appreciate that they watch out for my car when things like that happen. If you're not going to Big O in Middletown KY, you're missing out!

This is the only shop I feel confident taking my car for maintenance and definitely the only place I know I can take it and say 'if it needs it do it'. They are honest, knowledgeable, and never try to upsell me on things not needed. My family and I have been taking our cars here for over a decade and I refuse to go anywhere else!

Came in with flat tire. Big-O had a used tire that matched the tires on my vehicle with the same amount of tread on my tires avoiding the necessity to buy new tires.
