Missy was AWSOME she helped me with some of the issues I was having and got me answers very quickly and reach back out to me like she said she would with what I needed to know. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I took my car in to have an oil change and others update. they did a tire rotation, and stated that i need a new filter; had them to change that will i was there. so, far everything is ok.

The employees are very friendly and fair. They do not try to sell me services that i do not need like the previous Big O location that i visited.

I’ve been treated well by Big O whenever I’ve needed a service. I’m also friends with an associate at the location I use. She is always helpful with any questions I’ve had.

Dawn invited me in over the phone and checked me in once I got there. She was very courteous and knowledgeable about her job. She explained the diagnosis and quoted me a reasonable price. She also wished me a great day upon leaving.

Missy Nichols is always so great to me each visit and has great customer service skills and great at communication on whats going on with my vehicle and its current status. She makes it a pleasure to come to this location.

Scheduled appointment online. Dropped of vehicle and received a call about 2 hours later saying it was ready. Drove it home with the problem fixed

amazing turn around service

Didn’t have appointment, just a walk in & was taken good care of, I just needed a brake light on passenger side, after checking it out, service man , said that all lights were working, but after explaining to him , that light came on , in car & let me know it was out, then had 2- people tell me did I know my brake light was out, he suggested that maybe it was getting ready to go bad, so we decided to go ahead & replace the bulb, this reassured me, that they do honest work at Big O’s 😊
