They were extremely busy when I walked in. I had a blowout I needed taken care of. I explained that I had the wheel and tire with me. They welcomed me in and took my info then, offered several options and pricing. The pretty lady ( I'm thinking maybe the manager), was very reassuring and got me taken care of in an awesome timely manner. I will definitely return for more business. Thank you.

This was my first time at Big O Tires and I was pleasantly surprised at the service I received. I had a bad plug and a nail in one tire and needed an oil change. They informed me that I got a free tire rotation with my oil change which was wonderful cause I needed that too just didn't want the cost all at once. Even though they had a lobby full of customers everything I needed done was completed very quickly, which I was not expecting! I usually do not get my oil changed here but based in my recent experience I probably will from now on. Thank you for the great service!
