I have been dealing with this Big O Tires since about 1993 and have always gotten good service. Even though I have seen counter works and mechanics come and go, I have always been treated as if it was the first time and a new customer. Holly checked me in at my appointment time of 8 am and when I asked her how long, she said "about 45 minutes" and she was right on the button.

James was an excellent example of professionalism exhibiting both knowledge and positive welcoming attitude. Wandas presences is extremely comforting and pleasant, she permeates a home like feeling in the shop.

Unfortunately this was a return visit due to improper work the first time. I got tires rotated and balanced but the vehicle developed a severe vibration that was not there before the service.

Stopped in 45 mins before closing. They had me in and out within a half hour. Fast, efficient, and friendly.

This was my first time at Big O Tires and I was pleasantly surprised at the service I received. I had a bad plug and a nail in one tire and needed an oil change. They informed me that I got a free tire rotation with my oil change which was wonderful cause I needed that too just didn't want the cost all at once. Even though they had a lobby full of customers everything I needed done was completed very quickly, which I was not expecting! I usually do not get my oil changed here but based in my recent experience I probably will from now on. Thank you for the great service!
