This Big O location is FABULOUS! I've been to others near by and in other states and the staff in Elizabethtown are the best!!! Seriously. Hands down. All of them.... from the front desk to those that are willing to add air to my tires on a random morning. They still believe in polite customer service and it's appreciated!

We called in the morning and wanted to recieve pricing on a couple of tires. The guy that we talked to gave us a couple of very good recommendations. We chose a tire and he said to bring it to the shop in the next hour. The tires were installed in a timely manner and all associates were polite and helpful with anything we needed. Highly recommend this location for all of your tire needs
