Big O Tires

Every time I go to this store, they take very good care of me and my car. Good prompt service.

I had a flat on I65 in the rain and my new car doesn't come with a spare which is beyond me... AAA dropped us off at the Etown Big O just before the stores closing time. These folks were very friendly and very helpful!! They fixed me up and I was back on the road in no time!!! You guys are awesome!! Thank You!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE - THANKS

I was concerned about my tires and thought I might need a new set. My tires were checked and was told they were fine. There was no pressure or push to buy something I didn't need. I also had a check engine light that had come on, then went off by itself, then on again. My engine was checked and and the possible scenarios explained to me. I was very satisfied with the interaction. Holly and Keith were at the intake desk and I watched them work as I waited for my car. They were unerringly polite to each customer they interacted with, listened to each customer, dealt with questions, offered alternatives and trouble shot in certain situations. They provided superb customer service.

Had my car in as for inspection as there was loud knocking noises coming from the front end and poor roadhandling, tendency to easily aquaplane in wet conditions and worse in heavy rain. The car had been in previously to install front struts that where supplied by myself. Turns out these where defective and had to be replaced. During replacement with big O supplied struts, the techs also found a defective ball joint on the drivers side control arm and that was also replaced ( warranty by big O). Since the recent repairs the vehicle has performed excellently. IE: - roadhandling in all conditions excellent. - no tendency too easily aquaplane, even under heavy rain , snow, icy conditions, excellent. - keeps a straight driveline without meandering even when leaving the steering wheel free for an extended period of time. Allows for comfortable driving on long distances. - no road noise apparent from any kind of tire scrubbing or alignment matters. - tire wear after about 10000 miles is uniform thruout with no cupping appearing as before. - ride comfort is exceptionally smooth compared to previously where the car was riding as tho it had off-road nobbly tires and very loud road noise Overall very pleased with the replacement struts, repairs, alignment, ride comfort and driveability. I have been a Big O customer since 1995, going to three locations in the town in which I lived. Always polite and helpful staff at the desk. Service technicians explained or showed me what needed to be done.

Have very nice and hard working people that work for this store. I am pleased with the work that was done on my car two times this week.

Very upfront forward about pricings what they could do with the couldn't do had a great sense of humor very clean no surprises in the building they were great all the way around efficient and speedy and the work they do great bunch of people working there
