The ladies at the counter were great. They were fast and it didn't take the employees in the back long at all to get my tires on the rim.

Had a great conversation with owner, Doug, as well, while we were there. These guys KNOW their business and provide superb service, even on short notice. I couldn’t have been more pleased. Their service in done just as explained, the staff is very professional and courteous. If they tell you that you have something wrong with your vehicle then you do. They will never try to sell you on something you don't need. I used to do all my own mechanical work; so I know. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else. Been doing business with them for years and am always satisfied. I already have a BIG O Credit Card and they just aligned my tires; so, there was no need for them to offer those.

Asked about replacing tires on my rims with ones I have bought and putting them on boat rims and balance was very nice and got me in to get this done about 20 minute wait very satisfied
