Had a tire losing air. Went in on Saturday morning and was asked to come back in the afternoon (busy). Went back in at 2 and was taken care of. Excellent service!! PS - The new chairs in the showroom (Dixie Ave. side) look great! And they're very comfortable.

The lady there was super busy but very attentive and service oriented. She juggled multiple phone calls (two phones on her ear at the same time) but was still able to serve walk-in customers at the same time. I was given detailed pricing information and options to choose from and each were well explained. Overall the experience was satisfactory
