I arrived to have my tire looked over as I had a screw in it. They suggesting to look at the used tires and guided me around helping me look. I ended up wanted to look at new tires and they were very informative about each tire and what they offer. They made me feel very confident in my choice and I’m very content with the quality of the tire and protection plan that it came with. They were not only able to squeeze me in the same day in the nick of time before they close, but they were unbelievably fast and very professional in their performance. The people inside were very professional and helped me decide what to do as well and helped me make some adjustments and decisions on coming back to get the other two tires as they are in desperate need to be replaced. This isn’t the first time I’ve been here and I’ve always been help over and above everything I’ve needed even at times where I couldn’t find anyone else to help me and they got it done. I’ve been so impressed and content with my experiences that I even bought them all pizza. I will always recommend this place and I’ve always told others about the professional work and satisfaction you’ll get coming here. Thank you Big O !!!

I was traveling through Elizabethtown on a work trip and had a tire blow out on the highway. I put my spare on and called the Elizabethtown location. The staff was very sympathetic and accomadating. They advised that there would be a little bit of a wait but assured me that they could help me get back on the road. The time frame they gave was several hours, but they managed to get my vehicle going in an hour and a half. They even offered me a popsicle since it was so hot outside. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them.
