I had originally called to see if I needed to make an appointment and was told that for what I was wanting/needing done I did not. Next day went in after work explained I needed an oil change, tire rotation and possibly new tires. They checked them and I was in the red, so I new set I got. She explained the pricing to me and what all was included, gave the option of a warranty, etc. Once that was all discussed I waited for the service to be done. It didn’t seem to take long for all the servicing from my perspective and I was very happy with the outcome. I did ask after if they could check my battery as well because I was getting notifications that it was low. Sure enough I needed a new one. So all in all, I got 4 new tires, an alignment, oil change, new battery, new wiper blades. Hurts my heart on how expensive cars can be, but for what I got done I feel like it was at and extremely reasonable price. They all get an ‘A+’ on my book and where I will be going from here on out. 😊

They did what I asked and provided me with information about future services to my car. No pressure and didnt try to do something that was not needed.

Big O Elizabethtown excels in costumer service. Out of necessity, I have had to have my car serviced at other service centers and always come back to Big O of Elizabethtown. They are always exceeding courteous and efficient.

In two words, the staff. The people behind the counter were courteous, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely happy and to care about what they were doing. The job was completed quickly and I've had no problems since.

Fast and friendly price was fare

We have been using Big O Tires since the 70's when we lived in Louisville and now we live in Elizabethtown we have been with them since the 90's have always have great service and only one time had to come back the next day for oil change because there was a 2 hour wait. Next day got in right away. That is why we have been with this company so long.

So easy making an appointment! Very nice associates down to earth!! Did not try to sell stuff I didn’t need! But made sure my vehicle was safe though!!! Explained everything really well!!
