The staff went out of there way to help. Connie cline the sales associate was great. The shop was very busy and she still went out of her way to help. I had a tire with cord showing 225 70 r 14 and the store only had one tire in that size. The employees did everything they could to get me.back up and running

I cam in ten minutes before closing with a very big leak in my tire. They immediately looked at it even as one employee was leaving for the day! I had a huge nail in my tire and I needed a new tire. They replaced it in 10 minutes. Amazing service! Thank you all so much!

I walked in, was greeted, told the worker what it was I was there for and he went right into getting me where I needed to be and what I needed.

I had left my car for an oil change and was called to let me know that the tread on my tires was at a point which could present safety concerns. Really appreciated the time taken to let me know what work needed to be completed in order for me and my family to be safe on the road. Everyone is always very professional. Have recommended this Big O to friends.

The Staff is Professional. They are friendly, courtesy and respectful when dealing with the customers. I have taken both of my cars to BIG-O when I needed tires. It is the only place I go for tires The staff gives you updates on new ties for the car.
