On our way home from Orange Beach Al. to Buffalo NY our change oil light went on . We were spending the night in Etown and asked the lady at the Days Inn desk where we could go in the am for a quick oil change. She recommended you. Got there just before 8am and despite fact that end of month inventory was going on, still had us taken care of and on our way by 9am. If we lived in Etown we would certainly be back.

The guys were very friendly and helpful. A far cry from when you had those two women working there. They all but ruined your business. Nobody liked them and I’m glad they’re gone.

I was given prompt service for a brake job on my daughter's car. She was in from college for the weekend and it was great to get it fixed before she returned to school.

Workers were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Explained where I was moving from (AZ bumpy roads) and where I was moving to (MI lots of snow). Before even making the call 3 of my family members recommended Big O Tires, and I was not disappointed!

I had a tire patched. It took less than an hour. The customer service has been great every time I have been to BigO.. I tried to get it patched at the place where I bought the tires but they said it would be in the afternoon sometime before they could get to it. I have bought my last tires from them, from now on I'll be buying my tires at Big O.
