Got the alignment on my lifted 4-Runner right on the money!

I was explained about the they type of oil I needed for my car. The two guys working the front were very helpful. And I didn't have to wait long.

I was pleased with the help & the service. My problem was, I have been to several Big O locations. Never once have I been charged a racking fee just to look at my vehicle. I called customer service & they have never heard of such either. I knew what was wrong with the car, well one of three things. We ruled one out because y'all don't specialize in oil pumps. I've been to Louisville, etown, radcliff etc & never once have I been charged a racking fee.

The customer service and pricing were great! I was able to get an appointment soon, and the team was great about communicating with me, and repair my vehicle quickly.

I was hearing a noise on the passenger front tire and the service member found that there were lug nuts loose. He checked all tires and tightened the lug nuts. I am truly grateful that this was caught before my wife and I got on the road the following day. To top it off, there was no charge. Thank you BigO.

Brought my vehicle in almost instantly. Had me in and out in a matter of an hour. Was slightly upset when I found my tires had the improper air inflation, but easy fix. I drive 27 miles from Meade county to have big o in etown service my truck. Thank you

Excellent service as always. Lots of new faces & they are not familiar with me yet so I did have to remind them of a few things that needed done but I feel confident that because we use Big O frequently the new employees will become familiar with me and it will be fine.
