The service from the front was exceptional . The ladies and the gentleman that helped me were great. The tire attendants seemed to be slow and maybe disorganized. Possible no leadership or person of authority on hand. It seemed to take to long to preform the service. I purchased 2 tires and had two more balanced. this started a few min after 1 and ended a few min after 4. As a hole i am satisfied with the way i was treated by all. I will always return to Big O. Also had asked to have the tires I had taken Off to be placed in the back of my truck but noticed after i was home 30 miles away that they were not there.
