BigO was able to save me half what the dealer wanted for a rim so it was like getting the tire as a bonus

have been with this BIg O Tire store for many years; will continue to take my business there; I love the people. miss brian

I usually go to BOT for many things because the price is reasonable. Never any problems with customer service or the availability of appointments. The only negative was the cost to change a headlight bulb which I thought was a little expensive. ($39 and some change) Ken Tower's price was cheaper . Next time, I will make time to shop around.

Very quick on service and friendly

Everything was fine except I don't think it should have taken three hours for tires and a alignment when I had an appointment at 8 a.m. I do understand that my alignment took some time. I had spoke with a lady I believe her name was Amy she was helpful and friendly. However ever she was off the day of my appointment.

They always treat you like family. Friendly staff and fast service. Its been a pleasure to work with Big O.

This is a very busy store they work hard the store itself is just not big enough especially on Saturday morning I have waited over an hour and a half for a tire rotation and had to leave flat tires several times until next day for repairs. They work hard just need more service bay room. Even happening during the week

They were up front about how long it would take to fix the tire. They didn't try to sell me a new tire. They were very nice.

I felt that I had to wait a little too long for my service. I had tires rotated and balanced and I was there at 9:00 am and I was there an hour and 45 minutes. I've never been there that long.

Excellent service

We were far from home & needed a replacement camper tire. The staff was courteous & helpful by phone as well as in person. They assisted us quickly so we could be on our way and we were very grateful!

Service Manager Bryan is Excellent. Very helpful & knowledgeable about services & products offered.

The customer service was very good, friendly and helpful. My car drove well after the job was complete. The only issue I have is with the technician who drove the car. The interior door handle, door panel and steering wheel were very dirty when the job was complete.

I always get good service.
