I like the service

Service was excellent, all staff was amazing. Very helpful and very knowledgeable.

I'm still waiting on a call back with an estimate for wheel bearings and ball joints

I went in just as they opened. Got assisted, almost, instantly. Service was completed in just ovre an hour.

It took almost 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation/balance. The lane next to my car was on their 3rd car before mine was done! When I got home, I noticed I had dirt and grease on my jacket and scarf that were inside the car in the passenger seat. I was shocked...and upset about it! And, I don't think enough air was put in my tires...it seems as though I'm riding on the sides. Other than that, the place is comfortable and the staff is nice.

Fair price for work performed. Work done in a very timely manner. Staff was friendly.

Made an appointment for 11am my car didn't get taken in to work on til 45 mins past appointment.

If you notice that I put 4 instead of 5 stars and a 7 instead of a 10. I am a production manager and have been for many years. Everybody is capable of getting better. I do not even rate myself perfect for anything. Good Job Team.

The reception person was very professional and very helpful. He also took the time to explain the pros and cons. I was very satisfied with the customer service, the pricing and the wait time was very realistic.

It was better. I got to speak with Brian about my last survey. All good. I do think you cannot go by the time book sometimes. Taking care of you customers is 98% of a job like this. Sometimes you just listen to the customer and it will go a ton further.

Wonderful people good experience

As I wrote in my E-mail, the manner and promptness with which my issue was addressed, in spite of the fact it had occurred when the tires were installed two years ago, indicates a responsible and professional business.

Staff were all very friendly and willing to help and were determined to make sure my vehicle was fixed properly before I left.

The price of your batteries is not competitive.

Great service, great product. They don't accept appointments, so you have to wait. That has good and bad points. the good is that you'll get it done today, the bad is that you'll have a wait. But the wait usually isn't bad. It was busy when I went in and my entire wait was a little over an hour. Bring a book.

Sold me the tires at a reasonable price and was a good value.
