Big O Tires

I always get great service. I never wait very long, everyone is friendly and professional.

Service was excellent. I left my sunglasses on the counter and Ryan secured them until I could pick them up the next day. Very honest. Can’t say that about other places.

Fast friendly service at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them. As a matter of fact, I already have.

Found the store due to a blown tire in interstate. Staff was super friendly helped me out in a pinch. Had been to 2 other stores who turned me away. Even though the staff was super busy they helped me and got us back on the road.

Wish there was a few Big O Tire companies in Illinois.

Fast, Friendly and efficient service.

Was pretty slow for me being the first customer there. Took 2 hours to get two tires and alignment. There were customers that were out before me. Not a big deal just kinda weird.

The manager Brian always make sure that everything is always taken care of correctly. I did have an issue that the young lady that checked me did not resolve or would even consult with anyone. One quick conversation with Brian & problem solved. We have been coming to this Big O for about 13 plus years & all of our many tire purchases have been through Big O to include oil changes & some other services as well. Brian is definitely great for the business he certainly knows a thing about customer service. He made sure everything was done correctly as well as quickly.

They all were very polite took time to answer all my questions. O had took a set of tires to have them to put them on my vehicle and once the manager saw that they wouldn't work on my vehicle he came and told me that he couldn't put them on because the size was to small for my vehicle. So l asked if they had a use matching set that they could put on so he went out himself to look and took me out to look at them and l said that they were ok go ahead and put them on. He didn't just put the others on and let me go with something that wouldn't work. I had asked at another place they were going to put them on. I guess for the money and didn't care about the safety of me driving on them.l would recommend Big O Tires to everyone that l know that's going to get tires.

I have always had an excellent relationship with Big O. Before I write a specific review of my last visit I need to return because a scraping noise has arisen and I do not know whether it is from the new tire or the new brake pads and rotor.

Friendly people great price. As of the wait I know things take time to get in. Thank you for all you do.

My tire pressure light is staying on. I just purchased new tires last month. It bothers me that they can't find out why. Also after my oil was changed, and tire taken off the black under coat is loose and hanging. Can this be fixed? Thank you

The staff treated you like more then just a customer. They were very professional and took time to answer any question you had even when it was busy.

While your mechanic did an adequate job rotating and balancing my tires he got my van very dirty inside during this visit. there were grease marks an the handle, the steering wheel and seat. This seems like an easy fix but I was really disappointed.

They forgot to reset engine lite and low tire light still on. Headed back this afternoon
