Was pretty slow for me being the first customer there. Took 2 hours to get two tires and alignment. There were customers that were out before me. Not a big deal just kinda weird.

Brian worked to get the tires in from Lextington the same day. We schedule the appointment for the next day. Work out really well, and the tires look good. Also drove nicely after I took it back home, looks like my brakes will be need soon. So should see Big O tires very soon. Thanks for everything.

I have been a customer of Big O for years, like there service and the people and the tires.

I have always had an excellent relationship with Big O. Before I write a specific review of my last visit I need to return because a scraping noise has arisen and I do not know whether it is from the new tire or the new brake pads and rotor.

My tire pressure light is staying on. I just purchased new tires last month. It bothers me that they can't find out why. Also after my oil was changed, and tire taken off the black under coat is loose and hanging. Can this be fixed? Thank you

While your mechanic did an adequate job rotating and balancing my tires he got my van very dirty inside during this visit. there were grease marks an the handle, the steering wheel and seat. This seems like an easy fix but I was really disappointed.

We moved to Kentucky not long ago so we're working to find all the critical establishments that keep our world functioning. I stopped in to see when I could get a set of tires and they were able to get me right in. I got a phone call later to let me know my Tahoe needed a fair amount of work done on the front end. We were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Amazing! The pricing was explained very well and we were given all the options. The guys' customer service was spectacular. In addition to the people I have already suggested your establishment to, we have five 18-22 year olds and all the vehicles that come with them, so finding a place we trust is a godsend. Thank you for everything!
