Timely service

I tried to schedule an appt but was told I could not. I arrived at 4:30 pm and was told I could not get a rotation and balance that day. I explained. To them I could not arrive any earlier and was planning a trip. I was out by 5pm. Great guys !!

My Camry was scheduled for an alignment at 9:00 AM. Big-O was able to complete my car early. Pleasant surprise. However on the way home my hub cap came off and rolled down the road. Had to stop on side of road to get it.

Person at the desk was very courtesy. After the car was service, he explained to me what they did. This store has a great professional team in the store and in the garage. It is the only store I go to when it comes to tires.

Faster than I expected. Frindly service. Very pleased with the work. Signed up for matinence notices.

Everything was fairly easy. Dropped my truck off at night. A night drop box would have made it easier bc I had to come back in the morning to drop my keys off. I really didn't have the time to do this so that's where a night drop box would have been great. Other then that everything was super.

We ended up having a very long wait, but were given a voucher for a free oil change for our next visit.

Exceptional, fast, courteous, and professional service with a smile. I walked in and they took care of me right away. Service in such a capacity is rare these days. Thank you!

should line tire up with tire marks form manufacture yellow dot and add air form the tire recomended psi not whats in the door of the car

They're friendly great performance price is right they tell you everything and honest about your service that needs to be done or not ...I ONLY GO TO BIG O TIRES FOR ALL MY CAR NEEDS...

First visit to Big O and it was a pleasant and positive experience. I will return when my car needs these services again.

The store manager took extra time to insure I got the type and style of tires I wanted. This was the first time I have used Big O for tires and I will probably return in the future for serv.

The team in Elizabethtown was absolutely fabulous. They were so great at communicating with customers and were very knowledgeable about every auto related. I was very impressed. Connie was so charismatic that she seemed to fuel the whole team. Everyone filled their role and did great work. It was actually enjoyable to be there for as long as I was. My issue was that there was a vehicle ahead of me that needed an extensive amount of work and they were one mechanic short. My wait was tripled due to this but again, the staff was really awesome.

While I was on my way I called ahead to be placed in line for my oil change service. They said 35-40 min wait on the phone. I got there and only had to wait about 10 min before my car was up being serviced. Got done very quickly and was on my way. Thanks guys!!!
