Timely service

Had an interaction with Brian who was extremely knowledgeable about the services and seemed to be multitasking (giving statuses, assigning tasks, etc) with ease. Great guy who I hope to see when I return.

My Camry was scheduled for an alignment at 9:00 AM. Big-O was able to complete my car early. Pleasant surprise. However on the way home my hub cap came off and rolled down the road. Had to stop on side of road to get it.

We moved to Kentucky not long ago so we're working to find all the critical establishments that keep our world functioning. I stopped in to see when I could get a set of tires and they were able to get me right in. I got a phone call later to let me know my Tahoe needed a fair amount of work done on the front end. We were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Amazing! The pricing was explained very well and we were given all the options. The guys' customer service was spectacular. In addition to the people I have already suggested your establishment to, we have five 18-22 year olds and all the vehicles that come with them, so finding a place we trust is a godsend. I tried to schedule an appt but was told I could not. I arrived at 4:30 pm and was told I could not get a rotation and balance that day. I explained. To them I could not arrive any earlier and was planning a trip. I was out by 5pm. Great guys !!
