Good service this time

Person at the desk was very courtesy. After the car was service, he explained to me what they did. This store has a great professional team in the store and in the garage. It is the only store I go to when it comes to tires.

Service and friendliness were excellent but there was no coffee or water to drink while waiting. Other places offer those things and it makes waiting more bearable.

Everything was fairly easy. Dropped my truck off at night. A night drop box would have made it easier bc I had to come back in the morning to drop my keys off. I really didn't have the time to do this so that's where a night drop box would have been great. Other then that everything was super.

I know these questionnaires provide Doug and oth ers information to keep improving the store, but item #3 can be misleading. Since I usually arrive twenty minutes before the shop opens it would be asking too much that someone greet me at the door. However, Chris, who was preparing the garage for that day's work, noticed me in the car and acknowledged me as well as assuring me that I was first on the list to be served. As for the offer of free alignment, I was getting my oil changed and do not know if an alignment is automatically included. However, the tires were rotated. On my way home I thought my car was in need of an alignment since it was veering to the right. I intend to get it looked at this week. As usual. Wanda et al treat me spectacularly.

Exceptional, fast, courteous, and professional service with a smile. I walked in and they took care of me right away. Service in such a capacity is rare these days. Thank you!

I must point out again that as a many year customer Wanda and her crew knew that it was superfluous to offer me a credit card application. I have been a customer since I moved to E-Town in 2014. I had already tried Meineke solely on the basis of proximity to work. The initially gave me a loaner while they worked for two days on the gas line. Shortly thereafter I took it to Meineke for an oil change only to be told that the Lexus had a leak. I do not remember what it was exactly but they estimated over $1200 to repair it. Frankly, I thought they were lying. I then picked Big O since it was near my home. Wanda had someone check out the "leak" and told me there was nothing wrong.. There has been perfect service for the Lexus at Big O until last week. This is a minor point but it indicated a certain sloppiness. I purchased 4 new tires. They outfitted the car with three and then called me two days later to tell me the fourth one arrived. I drove in only to find out that the tire was not part of the shipment dropped of earlier. This could only occur if someone just assumed my tire was part of the shipment because it was supposed to be OR someone did check the manifest, saw my tire listed and then called me to come down. In that case, they neglected to actually look and touch the tire to be sure the manifest was accurate. I was not unduly inconvenienced and remain a solid customer of Wanda and Big O, but neglectful habits can pile up and really cause problems. By the way, Wanda was not directly involved in this mis-step.

They're friendly great performance price is right they tell you everything and honest about your service that needs to be done or not ...I ONLY GO TO BIG O TIRES FOR ALL MY CAR NEEDS...

The store manager took extra time to insure I got the type and style of tires I wanted. This was the first time I have used Big O for tires and I will probably return in the future for serv.

The soda drink machine was out of order. the people were very friendly. I will make this Big-O store my goto store.

I came in to get 2 tires put on and had 2 lug studs broken off prior to coming in. They were concerned about the safety andI greatly appreciate the free lug stud as I did not have the money to have it fixed. Everyone in the store was great!

Soon as I walked in the door the very first time I had this warm welcoming feeling,and Amy jumped right in there n did her job n more,I felt so welcomed I knew I was coming back the service was knowledgeable inexpensive and fast,will be back to get tires for my 2016 jeep

The team in Elizabethtown was absolutely fabulous. They were so great at communicating with customers and were very knowledgeable about every auto related. I was very impressed. Connie was so charismatic that she seemed to fuel the whole team. Everyone filled their role and did great work. It was actually enjoyable to be there for as long as I was. My issue was that there was a vehicle ahead of me that needed an extensive amount of work and they were one mechanic short. My wait was tripled due to this but again, the staff was really awesome.

Store was busy but still got me in on a Friday afternoon for 2 tires and TPM fault which they corrected.

While I was on my way I called ahead to be placed in line for my oil change service. They said 35-40 min wait on the phone. I got there and only had to wait about 10 min before my car was up being serviced. Got done very quickly and was on my way. Thanks guys!!!
