Big O Tires

I was there for a first tire rotation also to see if they still had my hub key from when I purchased my tires. Thankfully they had it, was then able to get tires rotated, and my hub key back.

Came back next day too have a tire pressure gages put in

First of all I had to tell them that diesels need the fuel filter changed every three oil changes They had absolutely no idea therefore I knew more than them about my vehicle. another thing is I called two days prior asking if I need a appointment on Friday and they said no as long as you come early in the morning or earlier in the morning it shouldn't be an issue. It took me 3 hours from 9:00 a.m. to noon to get out of there. This is literally for a fuel filter oil change and for them to check the tire sensors. then the guy who drove my truck around and whoever had worked on it got grease absolutely everywhere including my steering wheel so on the way home I had to stop and clean off my steering wheel because my hands were black. I even asked him if he had cleaned it off and he said yes because I saw his hands and face before I even left. I'm really not happy with

When trying to put my Spair tire back under the truck they broke brackets the plastic casing that protects the hole / also when they tried and couldn't figure it out the left the 1 tool the lowers Tire on the back bumper and didn't tell me and it fell off and I had to back track to find it / and the other tools they used the put in the back seat and didn't put them back in the tire changing holing spot / the tech that tried to put the spair back under the truck scratched the tail gate on the bottom / When I walked in and I waited my turn and got to the deck they were like will you wait so we can get these other people behind you before we get the information to fix my tire that was on a protection plan

Hm, where to start. I came in at 12:30 and was told there was a 2 hour wait. I offered to come back later; the lady told me to come back in 1 1/2 hours, and there shouldn't be much of a wait. I came back at 2:00 and gave them my keys. At 3:30, I went back to the desk, pointed out that my car had not been moved yet, and the red car on the rack wasn't even in the parking lot when I had returned at 2. The gentleman at the desk did appear genuinely shocked, and immediately made sure I was the next person to be taken care of. When checking out, a different gentleman was very good at explaining what was wrong and how it was fixed. However, I had to return the next day to have them reset the tire air sensors, as they were still saying the tires needed inflation. BUT that very nice gentleman discovered at the time that the other 2 tires were low, and filled them for me, then reset the sensors on all of the tires. Overall, the price was great, the wait was RIDICULOUS, but the work was done well.

Everyone was friendly and clear about what I needed and helped me get the tires I wanted

I paid 1,047 dollars and some change gor brand new tires tie rods, and front brakes on Fri., both front tires are already losing air and its Mon.

3hrs for a tire fix. First visit wasn’t expecting the wait

I was not happy. I had to wait over 2 hrs for my car to get an oil change. Plus a customer came in after me. Got her car in an out. That's not right

Manager Brian was very helpful as we were traveling in an RV. Half way home when a tire shredded. Other shops said 4 day's to get a tire in. Brian got it in 1 day. Technicians or very friendly and professional

Last time they rotated my tires they broke off a lug nut. They did not replace it. I took my car to a different big o and they told me to take it back to Etown to get the lug nut replaced. I took it back Saturday and instead of putting a matching lug on they stuck a bolt of some sort on it. I noticed it before leaving and asked someone to come look at it. The gentleman told me to come back in to the store and called a mechanic out to have him go next door to get one. They did put the correct one on. When I asked if they normally replace lug nuts if they break one when rotating the tires the response was "I guess sometimes it just happens in this business, that they don't get replaced"�. I didn't really think that was a good response. My husband saw that it was broken and it Kind of struck a nerve that they didn't replace it. He was upset that the other big o I took it to a couple weeks ago would not fix it then either. This is a car my daughter drives daily about 45 minutes each way.

How do you rotate tires without noticing the low air in tire light and not give it some air?

I was quoted a fair price and the service men were friendly. I only had to wait a few minutes.

As far as my oil change and tire balance/rotation I am satisfied, however I also had a serpentine belt replaced, which has slipped off this morning, and I am currently waiting for a tow to Swope Ford. Highly unsatisfied with this belt replacement, it added 2 hours on to my wait because it was hard to install. So now as I wait for a tow, 90 minutes, I am also missing time from work, and hopefully I will make a wedding this afternoon in Louisville. Not a happy camper at this point. From now on only oil changes and tires from Big O.

The people there have always been pleasant to deal with. service has been good.
