I scheduled an appointment. After 3 hours 4 new tires were installed on my car. They did not have time for alignment check. They had damaged a cap on my wheel. I went a 2nd time for the alignment check, alignment and replace cap. My cap was not replaced. 6 days later they still have not repaired my cap. Staying they were busy. I will eventually make 3 trips for service that should have been done in my first visit.

Wanda was exceptional! However, I've had to bring my car back several times for vibration. I still have vibration in the steering wheel & it continues to pull to the right after ALL of the work was preformed.

I was pleased with store overall they didn't have time to align my truck after I just bought 1200$ worth of tires not to happy about that but will take back to get it. Also when I'm driving now between 65-80 mph my truck will shake like the tires weren't balanced right will ask for a re balance.

On 10/3/18; I had my tires rotated and balanced. When I took the car out on the expressway, it shook like crazy. I had to stop my trip and return to the E-town Big-O store to have the tires re-balanced. This time they had their most experienced associate balance them. Once I got back on my trip...the ride was smooth. No one should be allowed to balance tires, unless they are proficient in this task. I asked myself, "How many people's cars has the inexperienced associate balanced (that the customers haven't returned to get them done correctly)". The Customer service (Lady) was very pleasant and had my car re-done immediately and I was grateful for her assistance in this matter. I have been a customer in this office for over 20 years.

Manager Brian was very helpful as we were traveling in an RV. Half way home when a tire shredded. Other shops said 4 day's to get a tire in. Brian got it in 1 day. Technicians or very friendly and professional

I was told an oil change and a tire rotation/balance would be 1 1/2 hours...I had to ask about it at 2 hours, as they hadn't taken my car in yet...I waited there, in the lobby, with my sick, 3 year old son, for 3 1/2 hours...did not make me happy! Service and people were good though!

The tires are fine but, I had to bring it back because it was out of balance and they forgot to put my center caps on had to go back, I'm going to have to bring it back again because my truck is still vibrating, the reason I came to you all was because of the buy 3 get one free but I understand it was only specific tires but was going to get the offer for $50 off when you get the big credit card didn't get asked if I wanted to do that. But over all the staff was very nice and did good work just a little aggravating having to bring the truck back I can only do it on Saturdays due to work.

I brought car in with TPS sensor showing low air. I asked to patch or let me know options. (Not Elizabethtown stores fault) I found after leaving the TPS sensor was still on. I checked the air myself and found that the Big O in Bardstown when putting my tires on, or maybe a rotation, switched out the TPS sensor for one of the back ones. It was the back driver side and not the front. I would think your technicians should have checked, since I verbally requested the TPS sensor to be looked at. Great store and service, but in my experience last time in, lack of being thorough and professional.
