Because Veronica was awesome my tires came in early I was stuck on a jobsite and she managed to round up someone and find their way to my truck and it was ready when I got dropped off to get it super friendly I even said I'd buy her dinner I was so impressed

the staff was very friendly helpful, knowledgeable. the store manager Connie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They make you feel important and that they worry about your saftey and the safety of your vehicle.

Please keep in mind that the free alignment and the credit application were not applicable this time. This last visit to Big O was to replace a tire and get an oil change, The outcome perfectly demonstrated Wanda and her crew's integrity, I had purchased three new tires from Big O in the recent past but at two different times, I was not certain whether all three or just the most recent tire was still on the warranty, I did what I always do, I trusted Wanda to make the decision based on the facts and it turned out that I still qualified for the warranty replacement, I would not have been so cavalier about the matter at another store.

Very good service

Big O always goes above and beyond with the service I have had over the years. Recently when I had my oil changed they put on the parts I brought to them for a back window wiper arm with no hassle and no extra charge. The dealer was going to have me make an appointment so I was appreciative to have that taken care of.

The service was fast and efficient, total time from drop off to pick up was 34 mins, and that was 4 new tires dismounted and remounted as well as alignment check.

Very appreciative for their help on such short notice. They did a wonderful job and were very prompt. Very pleased.

Everyone is very nice and they take great care of my needs

When I first had my tires mounted they left water inside the tires so I took them back and Austin Lewis found water in my tire so he cleaned them out but I'm still not satisfied with the Tires Austin Lewis done a wonderful job

I wanted a break inspection because my breaks were grabby. They told me that my pads still had 40% in the front and 60% in the back, so I did not need breaks. They applied brake cleaner free of charge and sent me on my way.

Everyone was very friendly and greeted me immediately upon my arrival in the store. They were helpful, and the service was quick and efficient - I was in and out for my oil change within about 40 minutes!
