Big O Tires

A one hour wait, which was expected. It was very expensive, which was not expected. The next time, I will go somewhere else for my flat tire. The service was, however, excellent.

The product sells itself. The service is great but that ole store is dirty. Needs a deep clean. Parking lot needs a magnet run over it .. employees lbs look unclean even at the start of shift

I dropped off my car at 11:00 and was told it would be about an hour and they would call me I called at 2:30 to check in it guy said he would go check if finished and call me back I finally returned to store at 3:30 and it was just now being finished

didn't clean new tires they were dirty my wife said there not new

everything was great .found me a goid replacement tire .

Was told it would only take 30min to fix my flat but it took an 1 hr 30 min. Everything else was great, just would've wished the time estimate would've been better or to have at least given me an update about how it was gonna take longer than 30min.

While we were having work done on the vehicle, they keep me informed and upto date with the repairs and the cost. Very friendly staff and well educated.

I brought in Jeep Wrangler 2012 told over the phone they could fix my tire indicator light that was on they replaced the spare tire sensor all the sensors where working but my indicator light was still on so I took in three times I said what is the next option manager said take to the Jeep dealership that is why I brought to BigO in first place Well anyways no refund no free tire rotation alignment nothing just waste of time and money and lied too .

Really bummed about my last few experiences with you all. I will be taking my business elsewhere. It started after I got a full set of tires from you all. When I came to pick up my car the next day, all of the tires were flat. You all had me pull my car up to a bay and you all aired them up but he had to put air in each one. Then I called several weeks later questioning why they kept going flat. I thought it was the weather so i had been going to the closest air pump to my home and blowing them up at least once a week. Your salesman blew me off and told me I could bring my car in and you all would show me how to turn off my tire pressure light. I Brought my car in on Monday and specifically asked that when they changed the oil and rotated the tires that they check this tire issue. When you all called to tell me my car was ready I asked about the tires and her response was that they had missed that note and she'd have them check them. I never got a call back but a text that my car was ready. When i came to pick up my car, I asked about the tires again and was told by the mechanic sitting next to the register that there was a lot of "stuff"� in them. They got them though... This wasn't the explanation I needed and wanted. Stuff? For the past 12 weeks I had gone and aired up my tires weekly. I wanted to know what was wrong. Anyway, on top of this, I know you all are mechanics with grease on your hands but the last several times I've picked up my car and there is black grease all over my door handles and steering wheel. I have solely relied on you all for all 3 of our families car needs for well over 5 years now but I think it's time to move on.

The customer service was incredible and the price was relayed in clear terms prior to arrival. Thank you all for a great experience.

$30 for a flat repair is highway robbery..

From start to finish it was a great experience!!

I walked in and told the guy at the register that I just called and they guy on the phone said he had the two different sizes tires I was looking for . He also said they where 50$ a piece. I get in they said that was used tires. So I ended up Getting some 60$ tires like 278$ out the door when I get to my buddy's shop to put the tires on they sold me the wrong size. And since it was sat they was already closed. Every time I go to this location it's something!

Came to your store to have tires mounted and balanced. Was told right off a super high price and that they may not be able to do it because of the size. They used either to mount them, which is not an approved way to mount, then tell me they cant balance them. Charged me $80 and sent me on my way. Just fyi, Firestone balanced them next day just fine. I used to work in a tire shop for years, never had those issues. This is my second bad experience with Big O, I'm done

I went to recycle old tires that were left on the property when we bought it. Prices were fair and was thanked for bringing them in, instead of throwing them on the side of the road.
