Called for tires and was told to show up next and then get there and they said my tires weren't in stock, so I had to go some where else then get a call later that evening saying they had my tires

Excellent customer service on my phone with inquiries and the same service I received when I walked in. Ryan made me feel very comfortable making my tire purchase. He also explained the importance of my car requiring a wheel alignment.

Came in for tire rotation and oil change, when I got in my car the tire pressure was showing 30 lb I asked to please adjust to 35 which the guy did. I asked if the sensors had been relearned and was told it should do it by itself which has never happened in the past. I left and had a hard pull to the left & a slight bounce and the sensors were still showing just right side which is the way they were when I got there. I knew I had two bad sensors and had your salespeople suggested it I would have probably had them replaced them, but they never offered. I came back to the store and ask them about the hard pull to the left and a fella came out rechecked pressure & run his hand across the driver's front tire and said oh you've got a bad cup on the inside. The guy did try to relearn the tire position but it did not work. While I was in the waiting room waiting for the service to be finished plainly heard allowed mother $$%&*er come from the shop area. There was a lady and her 8 to 10 year old child sitting in the waiting room at the same time.

The lady that helped check me out was not friendly at all. She is not the one that normally helps me (I've been coming there for decades, usually a girl with long hair helps me, this lady had short, dark, sassy hair). This lady was pretty much rude to me during the whole checkout, very snippy, not even a hint of a smile. I'm not well and this sure didn't help me feel any better.

Everyone was very friendly and were working very hard. There were a lot of customers and they all worked very quickly to get everyone in and out. Brian Stevens was very helpful throught the entire process.

My last truck (94 Chevy) they couldn't get caster right because "the truck had been wrecked"� and it had. I had an alignment Tuesday on my new truck (99 Chevy) and they tell me I have to buy shims before they "can adjust caster"�. Caster and camber are adjusted by the cams on the upper control arm. If I had an alignment rack I could do it myself. 86 dollars for an incomplete alignment.

Brian Jr made sure I understood exactly what was going on with my vehicle and that I knew what the final cost would be and provided excellent customer service. My vehicle is running much better no more issues this far. I am happy with the warranty that was provided for the service and the parts. All of the other staff were also very friendly and helpful.

It is great with great people working there....but the last two visits the waiting time has been discouraging for me. I was told it would be at least one hour and probably 1.5 hours. So I signed in, go grab lunch and come back in an hour. However, I waited another hour and 15 minutes. Just saying the waiting time is discouraging.

The techs were lazy. The alignment tech didn't bother to actually try to adjust the camber, just told me he couldn't and that I needed extra parts and labor (which I had already done previously) in order for him to actually do the alignment. This was not told to me until after he was "done"� with my car. And only after I questioned the alignment paper. The new sales person told me that the paper was showing both before pictures and my alignment was fixed. Wrong. The tire tech failed to follow the notes on the work order and put a new tire on my spare rim instead of replacing the flat tire in my trunk. When I pointed this out, he put the wrong tire back on my spare rim. He also didn't bother to balance my good rim when he moved the new tire to it. It was a completely awful experience. The only thing that saved their incompetence was my experience as a tire tech myself.

Worst experience I have ever had here. Went in on a Saturday morning needing a tire repair. They were busy but not that busy. Waited 3 hours while I watched the techs take forever with their work. They took way too many smoke breaks and were smoking on the job which I didn't think you could do. I went to ask when my car would get in after 3 hours and was told there was still 3 ahead of me. I went off and told the manager what I was watching. She didn't know what was going on. After complaining I got my car in and tire fixed. She didn't charge me for it. That's the only reason you got a 2 rating. Should have been 1. This place needs some serious changes in management.

My tire blew out on my home from work. I conveniently pulled into a Big O Tires parking lot and even though they were busy they took care of me right away and I got my car back the same day!

The folks waiting on me were polite and tried to offer great service. The problem is that the quality of workmanship is the worst I've seen. I was told my car was ready via text at 930 am and it was not ready. The issue should have been caught if good quality of workmanship was found. This happened again with my other vehicle as well when part were left sitting in and around the engine compartment and were rattling and banging around when we drove home. Lastly the parking lot has debris and screws all over it that could cause customers flat tires. The area outside the store is cluttered. Of all the years we have known of BIG O I have never seen such a decline in quality of workmanship . Since it happened on two seperate occasions I can only conclude that you have a systemic problem with checking the work completed. I should not have to spend my day watching employees try to determine why my tire pressure light would not go out. It took 4 employees working trying to figure it out and even then one of the office ladies tried to tell me that I didn't know what I was talking about when I told her that my year of vehicle did not have a reset switch or button. She still was determined to search my car over. All the while the indicator they had to put on because they lost the one that was on it when I dropped the car off had not been programmed properly by the worker who installed it. I was given a free oil change card for my troubles but to put it in perspective I spent 3 hours of my Saturday watching the saddest thing I have seen as it comes to knowledgeable and quality work. As for my wife's vehicle when we had the struts changed and the parts left laying all over inside the engine compartment and her treated as if it was no big deal or common place. All I can say is Shame on all of you. If you would like to discuss this with me feel free to call me at 270-872-3746. The only person I found value added in the process was the woman who greeted me and sold me the services and James I think his name was who was trying hard to figure out what the poorly trained worked had done to my cars tire pressure indicator system.
